Base fee:
  • Includes CEHA Awards Banquet Ticket. Tuesday Pre-Conference ticket must be purchased separately.

  • If you are presenting on Thursday the banquet is a separate charge. This grants free admission to all other presentations for day only.
  • This pre-conference Verbal Judo workshop will be held on Tuesday, 9/13/21 12:00 PM- 5:00 PM. Presenter is Troy Arnold from the Verbal Judo Institute. Coffee will be provided.

    If you wish to attend both the pre-conference and the conference, you can include this purchase during registration of the conference.

Pre-Conference Offering!

Verbal Judo Pre-Conference will be held Tuesday, 9/13/22 12pm-5pm Cost: $60

Troy Arnold with the Verbal Judo Institute will be on-site to provide training to attendees.

If you registered for either conference, you will receive a separate email notifying you of your attendance on 9/13.

Hotel and Parking

The Elevation Hotel and Spa is the hotel with room block rates. Room block rates may be full. Find more information for hotels here.

  • For call-in reservations, call (970) 251-3000 and mention the CEHA room block for 9/13 through 9/16
  • Check-in is at 4pm, and check out is at 11am
  • Parking at the hotel will accrue a $10 parking fee per day. Refer to our hotel and parking webpage for more information on parking and shuttles

Banquet

The banquet this year will be mostly traditional. Please plan on wearing semi-formal or formal attire, or 1980's attire to match the theme of back to the future. Attire for the rest of the conference is recommended to be professional casual or better.

Schedule and Layout

 A schedule can be found on the event page here.  A layout of the venue is here. Most education tracks will take place on Lower Level C. Registration and general events will take place on Plaza/Level 1. Check-in for the hotel is in the Main Lobby/Level 2.

Food

CEHA will be providing food at various times during the event. This will be included with your registration. Off-premises food is available to purchase on your own. Due to the lack of fast food options, please plan your meal times around longer service.

Additional Information

Most business in Mt Crested Butte will not accept cash, whereas businesses in the town of Crested Butte might. Please plan accordingly.

Refund requests made on or before 9/06/2022 will be honored. Requests may be sent to the email below.
